Organizational Responsibilities and Levels of Authority Guidance

Historically, the RCP has required organizational and levels of authority to be documented for shoreside personal and some vessel crew members.  Many AWO companies meet this requirement through a company organizational chart.  The revised RCP requires additional detail that outlines the specific requirements of shoreside personnel, master and crew as it relates to the SMS, COI and reporting of unsafe conditions.
