In a recent Everett Herald op-ed, AWO members Russ Shrewsbury, Western Towboat Vice President & JR Dunlap, Dunlap Towing in-house counsel, lauded the WA state Senate on passing a resolution supporting the Jones Act and maritime industry contributions
