Case Studies Session #1: Lost Time Incident

This incident occurred while an ATB was in dry dock. During a planned maintenance period, the crew was tasked with rigging a life raft on the vessel to move it with a shore-side crane – leading to an unintentional release of the life raft which fell from the vessel to the dry dock floor. Joel and Jess discussed the potential injuries, the actual injuries, lessons learned, and preventative measure put in place by the anonymo9us company after the incident.
