AWO Deck Barge Wear and Tear Standards

American Waterways Operators’ Deck Barge Working Group comprised barge owners, operators, and other related entities to establish best practices and industry standards specific to the operation of Deck and Material barges.

As part of this collaboration, a subcommittee of barge owners has developed and approved the “AWO Deck Barge Wear and Tear Standards” for the review during on and off charter condition surveys.
